Notice for returns:

Customers can enjoy a seven-day trial and appreciation period after purchasing the product. If they request to return the product due to a change of heart or other reasons, the product must be left in its original state (including the host, accessories, internal and external packaging, gifts, etc.) and returned to our company. Arrangements will be made to replace the goods or refunds, and the freight must be borne by the customer.
If the returned product has been opened or damaged, so that it cannot be sold again, the additional purchase cost will be borne by the customer.

If you have sensitive skin, we recommend that you consult your doctor before purchasing the product. Customers who have a sensitive reaction to the purchased products will not accept return arrangements.

Exchange arrangement:

Product issues only include:

Some products come with a one-year original factory warranty. Please keep the product packaging and warranty certificate for one-year maintenance. Customers who failed to produce the warranty certificate were angry and failed to provide maintenance services.
